The Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is a scheme that provides a national arrangement
of parking concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who
travel either as drivers or passengers. The main purpose of the Scheme
is to allow disabled and blind people to park closer to their destination.
